Professional:
Robert is a Florida native who grew up in Citrus County, Florida. He called Homosassa Springs home until September 2008 when he relocated to Tampa, FL.
Robert became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida in 2003 and was a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Realtors Association of Citrus County (RACC). Robert holds the At Home With Diversity designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors and is a strong supporter of diversity wthin our community. Robert was the 2007 co-chair person for the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) for the Realtors Association of Citrus County. In addition to this, he was a member of the Affordable Housing Committee as well as the Realtors Outreach Citrus County (ROCC) Committee which focuses on many community involvement projects.
Robert ended his full-service real estate career in 2007, but still holds a valid Florida Real Estate Salesperson license and continues to remain current on his continuing education in real estate.
Robert has also served as a host for many community events such as local dance recitals, auctions, tournaments, and charitable functions and has a passion for public speaking.
Robert is currently employed by BayCare Health Systems at St. Joseph's Hospital in Health Information Management and is pursuing a career in Public Relations.
Volunteer:
Robert is a long time supporter of diversity, and proud advocate for equal rights. He started the Marion/Citrus County meetup group for Equality Florida.
Robert has participated in the American Cancer Societies Relay for Life for five years in a row. He is now serving at the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee for a NEW First Annual Relay For Life of Spa Beach Park, FL for the American Cancer Society, has participated in the American Heart Associations Heart Walk, fundraised for Hurricane Katrina Relief projects, sponsored low-income children for Dance Scholarships at DancEtc in Crystal River, Florida, and served on a committee to raise money for a Citrus County Elementary School to purchase a new mascot for their students. Robert continues to look for ways to make a positive impact on our community and has a passion for volunteer work.
